12 Hour Adjuster Contact Our adjuster will make contact with your insured within 12 hours of assignment and appointment will be set at that time
Reserves From Loss Location Our adjuster will contact your staff adjuster with recommended reserves on losses over $50,00 if contact information is provided. Same day e-mail with reserve recommendations for your file.
Branch Assistance and Staffing The temporary needs of any client for added "in house" assistance can be readily met by our claim professionals. Issues pertaining to ALE, Contents, BI, Holdback, and File Reviews are regularly handled by placing pre-selected senior adjusters within client established locations, thereby allowing your managers to interact directly with our team members.
On-Site Management of CAT Operations Our management team will be on site during CAT events within 24-48 hours in our fully mobile office set up with satellite internet and phones.
Invoicing Our fee bills are simple! No charges for mileage, photos, set up fees or any other of the charges you normally find on your invoice. No overpriced time and expense schedules and no surprises. All inclusive fee schedule provided upon request.
